The coagulation process of a carbon layer containing 40000 atoms, where the initial condition is obtained by means of freezing 2000 C20 chain molecules confined in a flat thin area at 20 K to form the nested carbon polymers mostly consisting of sp-network. The simulation is then run adiabatically.
